How do I know when I need an attorney?  Are there different kinds of attorneys?  What kind of an attorney do I need?  Where and how do I find him or her?  When can I tackle the legal system on my own?  Why should I use the legal system at all?  How much will it cost me to talk to an attorney?  What can my lawyer do for me?  When are the most common times to seek legal assistance?  We will have a practical discussion of these questions that will touch upon issues of family law, such as guardianships, powers of attorney, and divorce, as well as a brief discussion of business law issues for the entrepreneurial woman.
